My name is Grace Walker and I am the wife of an outfitter. I grew up hunting in Wyoming and love nothing more than hiking in the backcountry. I ran Division I Track for the University of Wyoming and have been passionate about fitness for my entire life.

I have two degrees: B.S. in Kinesiology and Health Promotion, and a B.S. in Physical Education/Health Education. I spent 5 summers interning at two different physical therapy clinics in Wyoming, learning the importance of preventative therapy, mobility, and rehab for people of all ages and fitness levels.

Every fall, my husband tells me about the many clients that are unable to go hunt every day due to soreness and fatigue. These hunts are often a once in a lifetime opportunity, so you want to make the most of every day! My goal is to help you prepare your body for the hunt, so you can tackle each day with confidence. I will collect information on your body, fitness level, and the exercise equipment you

have access to and create a plan that will get you into mountain shape!
